Welcome to Grand Limousine. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these policies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

About Grand Limousine

Discover what our customers already know: Grand Limousine is luxury transportation at its finest. We are committed to delivering exceptional service with professionalism and elegance.

1. Payment Policy

  • Deposits and Payments: All deposits and payments are non-refundable, without exceptions.

  • At the time of reservation, a deposit equal to the minimum vehicle rate or the vehicle deposit, whichever is greater, is required.

  • All reservations must be made in advance; the full amount is due at booking.

  • Failure to pay the full balance before the scheduled service may result in cancellation without a refund of any previously paid amount.

  • Prices listed are estimates based on the requested service and expected duration. Additional wait times, stops, or requests will incur extra charges calculated at the end of the trip.

  • All rates are subject to change without notice.

2. Rental Duration & Rate Policies

Minimum Hours:

  • 4-hour minimum for all standard services.

6-hour minimum for:

  • Weekend reservations with 5+ passenger units.

  • Wedding ceremonies.

Special Events & Peak Times:

  • Hourly rates may vary during proms, holidays, and special events.

  • Rates depend on vehicle availability at the time of booking.

After-Hours Charges:

  • Pick-ups or drop-offs between 12 AM and 7 AM incur a $175 shift differential.

Overtime Charges:

  • Overtime begins after the first 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time.

  • Overtime is charged in hourly increments at premium rates.

  • Subject to continued vehicle availability.

3. Stop & Mileage Policy

Included Stops:

  • Up to two stops are included at no additional charge.

  • Additional stops are $50.00 each.

Unscheduled Requests:

  • Additional distance not previously billed is $2.84 per mile, plus 20% gratuity.

Idle Time Charges:

  • A vehicle occupied and idle for more than 10 minutes is subject to an $85/hour non-prorated charge.

4. Refund Policy

  • All payments and deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations, postponements, broken engagements, or schedule changes that affect other bookings.

  • There are no refunds for unused time under any circumstance.

  • Vehicle upgrades or downgrades will not qualify for any partial or full refund.

5. Legal & Dispute Resolution

Any legal action related to this Agreement or a service provided by Grand Limousine will entitle the prevailing party to recover:

  • Legal and court-related costs,

  • Reasonable attorney fees,

  • Prejudgment interest,

  • Accounting and enforcement expenses.

This includes all appellate fees and is subject to the Georgia Code 16-8-5 – Theft of Services, where applicable.

6. Terms Changes

  • Grand Limousine reserves the right to modify these terms at any time at its sole discretion.

  • The most recent version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.

  • Customers are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

7. Acknowledgment of Liquidated Damages

  • The parties acknowledge that certain financial penalties specified under this Agreement are liquidated damages and not penalties.

These damages are intended to:

  • Reflect a reasonable estimate of potential loss.

  • Avoid the uncertainty and cost of litigation.

  • Be proportionate and negotiated in good faith.

Both parties confirm they are sophisticated business entities, represented by legal counsel, and agree to these provisions voluntarily.
